5:30pm-7:00pm. Vegetarian potluck. 7:00pm-9pm. Guided mindfulness practice followed by discourse and discussion.
Monday – Friday:
8:00am-9:00am. Community Sit (with optional meditation interview). If you would like a meditation interview, please be seated by 8:00 sharp. You are welcome to enter at 8:00 or 8:30.
5:15pm-6:15pm. Mindfulness with movement.
Saturday: Day long retreat led by senior teachers and CML residents .
Retreats led by Shinzen Young: 8/23 , 9/6, 11/29,12/6
Retreats led by Soryu Forall 8/9, 9/20, 10/4, 10/18, 11/1, 11/15,
Morning session 9 am – 1 pm (Includes an introduction to Basic Mindfulness and guided practice, no previous experience needed)
Lunch Break 1pm – 2pm (Please bring your own lunch)
Evening session 2pm – 6pm (Includes practice in stillness and in motion. First time practitioners we recommend attending the morning session as well.)
You may attend all day or whatever portion works for you.
